60 x 20 ft. luxurious party houseboat This boat has  everything  including the chandelier and Hot Tub. Sleeps 6 with lots of extra  floor room. Great for that extended family or business get together. For private parties, this boat will accommodate up to 35 people. Cost for this boat is $ 500 for a 6 hr cruise, fuel and crew is included. A $100 deposit is required to hold your date. Departure times are usually at 10:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m. If after being out on a cruise, you do not want to drive home, this boat is available for overnight stays at our dock for an extra $100.  Reserve Here

For parties of more than 4 persons, and wanting rentals for one week or more, We recommend this boat because of it's spaciousness and  comfort. The rates are $1200 for 6 nights (7 days), and $2200 for 13 nights (14 days). That's less than what you would pay for an Anchorage hotel room!

Great for a family outing , or a private getaway. Complete with Galley and Bath with shower. Features a separate bedroom with a double bed. Front, rear, and a top deck for fishing, sun bathing, or hanging out. This boat rents similar to a hotel room....pick it up at 2:00 p.m. and return it at 11:00 a.m.  The cost is $250 per night,  $450 for two nights, or $900 per week. For longer stays give us a call. The cost of fuel is not included in the price. Generally, fuel cost runs approximately $10 to $15 a day. We also rent this boat  for day trips...the cost is $185 for 8 hours. The Mallard Photo....our most economical Houseboat,   26 ft deluxe model;  Great for a couple to get away from it all. Complete with Galley and Bath with shower.  Front, rear, and a top deck for fishing, sun bathing, or hanging out. This boat rents similar to a hotel room....pick it up at 2:00 p.m. and return it at 11:00 a.m. the day of return. The cost is $225 per night, $400 for two nights, or $800 per week. We also rent this boat  for day trips...the cost is $165 for 8 hours. Maximum persons on board is 6 persons. A $300 deposit is required to reserve your date. Reserve Here

General Information:

Season: Usually May 15 until Sept 15, depending time of break up !

Deposit.  Your date will not be reserved until we receive your deposit. Deposits will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is received within 10 days of departure date. After arrival this deposit will serve as a security deposit and will be refunded when houseboat is returned on time and in good order. After receiving your deposit, We will send you a conformation including acknowledgment of payment, dates, boat rented,  and map to our dock.

Payment. Full payment must be made before your departure. Payment may be made by Cash, Cashiers's Check, or Credit Card.

Lost Running Time. The renter assumes full responsibility for any loss in running time. We are not responsible for time lost due to personal changes in plans, weather, illness, accidents or any other circumstances.

Captain's Training. A general familiarization and safety course is given to boat captains before they depart. Our boats are very easy to handle. We give special attention to persons not familiar with boats. No special licensee is required to rent our boats.

Bookings/Payment/Confirmation. Upon payment of your deposit we will send you a confirmation of your departure date, payments, and  a map to our dock. Most people book through our Reservations Page l . After we receive your  with Visa, Master Card, or personal check, We will confirm your dates, boat, and payment.

What to Bring along  Linens, towels, sleeping bags, camera, food, ice, beverages, fishing gear, cassette tapes, a good book. If you  really want to keep in touch, bring your Cellular phone. Charcoal for the BBQ is not needed....BBQ is propane.

Pets   A houseboat is a dangerous place for pets. We discourage you taking them along.

Personal Watercraft & Jet Skis   are available from Sail and Fun Resort located on the lake. To make reservations please call them at 907 892-7875. PWC are great to tag along behind your houseboat.

Fishing  Dolly Varden and Rainbow Trout are taken from Big Lake. The locals use a bait called “Cowbells” to catch the big ones. Our houseboats have a great fishing deck on the stern. Best fishing times are early spring and late fall.

The sun sets across the water, turning the lake to liquid fire. You light the grill and start the steaks as your spousebest friends join you on the deck to enjoy the view of the wonderful all night Alaskan sunset.. Inside, the kids are napping, exhausted by the day's swimming and  fishing. Tomorrow  you might just relax in the sun and listen to the wind and water.
